My opinions in cycling is that it is one of the best exercises for weight loss, no matter how much obese or how much fatty you are, it will trim you to the fit position. It is a type of exercise which gives you the best results and you also not feel tired. It will trim you in two months, only if you do it seriously and with the consistency and also with a proper plan. As this is one of the most effective exercises with low energy usage but with a very huge result.
Things to Remember while cycling :-
1. You should have to maintain a correct posture for your cycling journey as it will not affects your knees or Joints. Correct posture is very important while cycling.
2. You have to do it with consistency and with a proper plan so that it will be effective for your body.
3. Firstly it will reduce your leg muscles so keep in mind that your whole body will be reduced by this but firstly you leg muscles will get lean.
4. It is a moderate to low intensity workout so you will not feel very tired after cycling so don’t worry.
5. It burns the most calories, so keep doing it in a consistent way and you just have to increase you speed day by day, as your time will be fixed suppose for an hour you are going for cycling and you have to gear up your speed day by day for the most effective results.
