Mindset :-

Mindset is the most important thing when it comes to do, learn or achieve something. Without having a proper mindset you cannot do anything or should I say you cannot achieve anything. To create a proper mindset you should have a reason that why you are doing some work or going to the gym or whether it will be gaining your confidence also because when you have the reason attaining and maintaining a mindset is easier. It helps us to be consistent what we are doing and achieve something great in that field. It is the key of success. Some success people have said maintaining a mindset is the most important and difficult thing in their entire journey of success.
Creating a mindset is easy but sticking towards something to achieve some height in that particular thing is very hard means having a mindset or creating a mindset is easy but maintaining it is much harder. To maintain a mindset, according to me the reason why you have started is the must. If your reason is logical to you or have some priority in your mind then you will push yourself to complete what you have started.
Mindset is the very important and typical as well as simple thing to understand. It pushes us to achieve some thing and in simple it is of two types :-
1. Fixed Mindset
2. Growth Mindset

External Appearance :-

You got to care about dressing smart, you got to care about grooming yourself so as to ensure that you are looking neat and tidy. You even got to care about body odour like your mouth odour or how you smell, apply a little bit of perfume. Once you have followed all these steps you have covered everything about external appearance. After covering outer or external appearance this is the time to move on to internal appearance. As much as confidence is how you look on the outside, confidence at it’s core is how you feel about yourself on the inside.

Positivity and Happiness :-

Every single room you go to, every single conversation you enter go on with positivity and happiness. The moment you bring positivity and happiness into a conversation it just makes a person you are talking to get into some kind of a comfort zone, you do a job of becoming happy or becoming a little more positive bring that into conversation and you will automatically become a lot more confident.

Everybody wants to be happy and this will only happen when you are positive in nature or you negate negativity. So let’s start with converting all your negative thoughts to the positive one’s and be happy for the rest of our life because some how that will be the key for a good life.

Body Language :-

This is the thing which most of the people does not cares about or neglect it. Even if you are internally confident wrong body language can give out the wrong signals. There are four rules to work on it :-

A. No Slouching

Do not slouch and walk around, do not slouch and talk to a person, keep your back erect keep it straight and convey confidence.

B. No Close Body Language

Do not fidget with your fingers, don’t fold your arms while talking to anybody as this behavior shows that you are not at all interested in the conversation.

C. Eye Contact

In your conversation look into the eyes of the person whom you are talking to do not look down, do not look around.

D. Face People

When you are talking to person you have to face them, you don’t wants to angle your body away from them. So while you are talking with someone the moment you angling the body away, the moment you do fiddling with your hands or looking down it’s just tells the other person that you are not interested in the conversation and that person will surely thinks that this person is not comfortable talking to me so I should back-off.

Never make people back-off. Keep some open body language, keep your back straight, look right into the person you have nothing to hide if you bring positivity and happiness once again.

Subtract Comparison and Add Curiosity

The biggest reason why people feel less confidence is that they are in the state of comparison they compare themselves with other people and also thinks that other’s are superior than me. Do not lose your confidence have some attitude and you are also a superior person have faith in you. You are superior that does not means that the other person is inferior than you he is also at the same level you just have to understand it. Add curiosity in your conversation and Subtract Comparison.

Do not compare yourself with anybody because everybody is of it’s own kind and you can not compare. Bill Gates also has said if you compare yourself with anybody this means you are insulting yourself. You have to subtract comparison and Add Curiosity to your talks so that the people whom you are talking with will also makes extra efforts in talking because you are curious and eager to know the matter.

Think of Past Success :-

Whenever you lose your confidence or whenever you are less confident in front of someone then just remember of your past success or achievement which you have completed. You know that something you have achieved and for something you have worked very hard whether it will be something for that you have not recognised but you know you have worked very hard to achieve that and you are better than anybody in that particular thing.
This will instantly boost your confidence as you know that you have also achieved something that will make you proud and gain confidence as well as attitude. You will be no more inferior as you have thought for yourself and you will also think that you are not inferior than anybody.

Practice all the above points so that you can master them and gain your confidence levels so that you does not feel yourself inferior than any other person. As gaining confidence and all things like attitude comes under emotive intelligence and to gain emotive intelligence the only key is practice. You will gain how much you will practice. It will not come just by theoretical way like reading, etc…, It will only come by practicing it.
Only intelligence you can gain through reading books and all but this emotive intelligence can not be gained by reading books and doing all that stuff one will only master this when he/she will practice this as much as he/she can.
