The answer for this question is totally up to you and your thought process. In my point of view Waking up early in the morning is actually worth it because if you wake up early in the morning then you will get extra time for you and your work.
There will be nobody to disturb you and you will do your work with full concentration and with full presence of mind and then Ultimately your work seems to be good and thinking process will also develop. You will see the better version of yourself with greater benefits and as you are doing hard work for becoming better so you will be getting lots of benefits from this.

Waking up early is a good habit because you can do whatever you wants with your full concentration as there will be nobody to disturb you also you will get extra time for your work and all your doings or time table. If there is a vacant room or nobody is there to disturb you then you are able to concentrate more and do more work with full understanding and because of this your concentration power will also increase.
Waking Up early in the morning is the Key to Success. People who go to bed late and wake up late can suffer from serious health issues also. As someone has said Early to bed and Early to rise makes a man healthy and wise.

How to Wake Up early morning ?

According to me for waking up early in the morning you need a reason to wake up. A reason which can be anything whether you health goals or your workout goals or even whether you study goals. You just need a perfect reason to wake up early. If you wants to wake up early in the morning then there are some things which you have to keep in mind so that there will be no trouble for you and these are as follows :-
  • Do not use your phone or laptop before your bedtime. You have to avoid watching screens before bed as this may lead to the sleep deprivation and you will not be able to sleep properly.
  • You should avoid drinking caffeine within four hours before bed time as this will oppose you to fall asleep. Either you can try something more relaxing before bed.
  • Over napping or spending too much time on the bed during the day time. As we all know that if we sleep at day time then we will not be able to sleep early at night and our full routine gets destroyed so avoid this as much as you can.
  • You should fully avoid drinking alcohol before bed because that is the drink which will not let you sleep easily.
If it’s a wish you just can not stick to it, suppose you had a wish to wake up early in the morning then you can wake for one day, two days, six days but then you will found it useless. This happens with everybody who takes it as a wish. But if you are serious about it and have a proper reason.
Suppose : You have to workout early in the morning and you are assuming your body transformation. Then you can stick to your goals very easily. You just need to have a reason for what you wants. If you are serious about it because according to me. You cannot do anything without a reason.

You cannot wake up early when you sleep late. The strategy to overcome this is just only few words and that are Early to bed and early to rise keeps a man healthy, wealthy and wise. It will take some time for you to follow up your routine.
Because your mind had made the habit of waking up late but have faith in yourself. You can do anything you wants. Try to sleep early at night and this will help you to wake up early. This will also benefit you because in comparison to night your mind is more active in the morning.
