These are the some factors on which the height depends upon but you can still increase your height if you do the below given exercises correctly, daily and consistently because there are some of the factors which triggers these factors also and that triggers can be attained by doing these exercises consistently. Factors are :-

But irrespective of all this you can easily increase your height with some inches just by daily stretching exercises and doing them regularly improves your height a lot. Your height depends on lots of factors and you can improve your height by doing stretching if anyone says that you all would not take this seriously and also thinks that person is a fool but believe me guys you can do wonders by just stretching exercises if you do not believe me than take 3 months challenge of daily stretching and you will also feel that it improves your whole body and impacts your height as well.
You will get taller day by day but you can increasing of your height is limited and that limit is decided by your own body. 1. Hanging Exercises

- All you need to do is just hold the bars tightly and try to hang out maximum, not touching the ground with your feet for as long as you can.
- Positioning of your palms will be always away from you and after doing the steps correctly.
- Relax your body, it should feel loose.
This exercise is extremely convenient and you do not need any special equipment to do it, if you go to the gym then you can use pull up bars for this exercise but if you are not going to the gym then you can use a tree branch or monkey bars at the nearest playground.
Start with just only 20 seconds and then gradually increase the time. Suppose increasing 10 seconds every week.
There are various benefits of this exercise :-
Every muscle in your body stretches when you hang, these stretched muscles receives more blood as it circulates better in the stretched limbs.
Oxygen moves better in the whole body all and all this gives a gradual natural stretch to the body.
2. Downward Dog

- For this exercise you have to get down on your hands and knees.
- Your hands should placed in front of your shoulders.
- Raise your knees from the floor.
- Your tailbone should lifted in the direction of the ceiling.
- Push your heels towards the floor gently.
This exercise will help to stretch the hamstrings. You should stay this way for 10 seconds and gradually increase the time of the exercise performed by regular intervals. Repeat this exercise 5 times for the better results.
There are numerous benefits of this exercise :-
In respect for becoming taller, this exercise improves stretch ability which includes arms, back, calves, hamstrings, etc.., Stretched body is a taller body.
3. Cobra Pose

- Lie on the sports mat or on the floor. Your Palm should be positioned near the middle of your ribs and stays face down.
- Your legs should be together, the tops of your feet will be flat on the floor.
- Lift your chest by using your back muscles upwards from the floor.
- Do not use take the help of your arms for lifting up your chest.
Stay in this position for 20 seconds initially and after that you have to gradually increase the exercise time for the better and stable results.
4. Warrior II Pose

- Firstly, In order to this we have to stand in the position of Tadasana and take a big step back with your leg.
- Raise your arms parallel to the floor while inhaling.
- Bend your right knee as you exhale while keeping it over your ankle.
- Once you have placed your lower body correctly you have to focus on your upper body.
- Turn your head over right and look out over your fingers.
- Inhale with your right leg forward and repeat it with your left leg forward.
There are very much benefits of this pose and these are as follows :-
By doing this exercise you opens up your chest and lungs and also stretches up your shoulders and hips. Builds stamina, concentration, balanced and stability. Improves blood circulation and respiration and helps in curing headaches.
